Lauki provides general nutrition guidance based on publicly available data and standard BMR calculations. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are advising a minor.
Mandi prices are sourced from data.gov.in under the Government of India's Open Data License. Prices are indicative and may differ from what you encounter at a local market. Recipe data is curated for common Indian home cooking and is provided as-is.
If you subscribe to WhatsApp alerts, you agree to receive messages from our business number on the schedule described in the app. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP or via Profile → Notifications.
You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Your data → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these terms, fraud, or abuse.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lauki is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Jurisdiction TBD].
